A corner gas fireplace adds style and a source of heat to any room. They are fairly easy to install, and with the exception of the pipeline installation, you can even install them.

Measure the corner and fireplace

  1. Measure the corner to determine the exact size of the area so that you can decide which will install fireplace.
  2. Create a model of the fireplace that you will install, so you can estimate how the fireplace will be and how it will fit in the corner.
  3. Decide what type of fireplace you have, how high is and what materials you will use to build corner gas fireplace.

Install the fireplace

  1. Test the fireplace in the chosen to make sure it will fit corner. If not, make the necessary adjustments before proceeding.
  2. Make cuts in the fireplace if you have baseboards in the corner. Cut a template footer, turn the fire upside down, and attach the model where needed to make the cuts. Outline the template and cut out the shape using a saw.
  3. Create two brackets 2.5 by 10 cm. Use them to support the rear end of the fireplace.
  4. Find the studs in the corner with a stud finder and screw the brackets securely.
  5. Place the corner gas fireplace you will install it and screw it to the bracket.
